Md. candidate: Iraq vet can't handle 'real job' as governor

(NEWSER) – Maryland's attorney general is playing defense after implying his opponent in the governor's race primary, Iraq War veteran and the current lieutenant governor, Anthony Brown, can't face a "real job." Discussing the Maryland health website's troubles, Doug Gansler said he's "running against somebody who has never managed anybody, never run anything. His ads are about how he’s a lawyer in Iraq, and that’s all fine and good, but this is a real job." A veterans' group didn't take kindly to the comment.
